Executive Assistant

We are looking for a responsible part-time Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Executive Assistant include providing support to our leadership and employees, assisting with daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. 

A day in a life for an Executive Assistant

  • Handling administrative requests and queries from internal colleagues and external clients. 

  • Organizing and scheduling appointments. 

  • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes. 

  • Develop and maintain a filing system. 

  • Maintain contact lists. 

  • Book travel arrangements. 

  • Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. 

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. 

  • Travel to CEO’s location periodically to handle transfer of items and paperwork.

Requirements for the role: 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 

  • Able to organize their work using tools in the Microsoft O365 suite. 

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant. 

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

  • 20-30 hrs/week with flexibility.

  • Ability and willingness to provide in-person services around the Marietta area.

What does "Hybrid" mean at Analytic Vizion? 

  • For this particular role, you will be expected to drive to Marietta frequently to assist with pickup and dropoff of items from our CEO.  

  • In order to support our thriving culture Analytic Vizion gets together once every three or four weeks in person in Atlanta. 

  • The rest of your time will be spent working remotely.
