Marketing & Sales Lead

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing & Sales Lead to join our team.  In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.  You will work to develop and implement impactful and integrous marketing strategy with activities that win Analytic Vizion the opportunity to serve targeted clients in the marketplace. You will be responsible for driving marketing activities, generating new leads from current and new clients, building and managing relationships with potential clients, and ensuring existing clients are delighted and AV continues to have the opportunity to serve them. All activities should be done with legacy and reputation in mind.  

A day in a life for a Marketing & Sales Lead

  • Own, execute, and continuously improve a comprehensive marketing strategy, with intentional and focused actions, to drive additional opportunities at existing clients and generate leads for new clients in our target market with ideal buyers. 

  • Build and drive sustainable activities and processes that generate leads with key stakeholders with both new and existing clients.  

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients. 

  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan that aligns with the company's mission and objectives. 

  • Manage the sales pipeline and CRM Processes and ensure timely follow-up on all leads and opportunities using technical acumen and automation.  

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry associations and other strategic partners, particularly that are technology based B2B organizations. 

  • Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase the company's capabilities and expertise. 

  • Collaborate with our external  partners team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and events that drive brand awareness and generate leads. 

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to inform the company's sales and marketing strategies. 

  • Represent AV at industry events and conferences. 

  • Developing and lead the sales & partnerships team as the company grows. 

Requirements for the role: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience. 

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales of professional services, preferably in a data and analytics consulting firm. 

  • Strong knowledge of the data and analytics industry, including emerging trends and technologies, key partners and players. 

  • 3+ years of experience in creating automated processes in relation to a sales pipeline and CRM.  

  • Proven track record of driving marketing and leads growth and expanding customer base. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Experience with CRM and sales automation tools. 

  • Strong preference for individuals with large potential client networks based in the Atlanta metro area. 

What does Hybrid mean at Analytic Vizion?

  • In order to support our thriving culture, Analytic Vizion gets together once every three or four weeks in person in Atlanta.

  • For those that are not within driving distance of Atlanta, we invite you to travel for each of our four quarterly celebrations, our annual trip (a weekend in the summer or fall to an awesome destination), and our "Thanks Giving" holiday celebration in November.

  • Additionally, we balance the needs of our clients for hosting our consultants on site with the desires of our consultants. Where desired and where possible, we will continue to work remotely with our clients.
