People Support Analyst
The People Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the company’s people support, including but not limited to talent operations, benefits administration, compliance, recruiting processes, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
A day in a life for a People Support Analyst

Assist in the recruitment process, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

Administering new hire onboarding and orientation, including processing new hire paperwork and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed, employees are set up in appropriate systems, and a smooth transition into the organization occurs

Manage employee records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.

Assist with benefit administration to include enrollment forms, plan questions, claims resolution, and open enrollment

Manage relationships with external people support vendors, such as benefits providers.

Partner with Leadership Development to coordinate and conduct employee training programs, as needed.

Assist in and administer employee promotion and quarterly review processes.

Research and recommend potential technological solutions to enable people support .

Works with our compliance partners to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment

Supports updating compensation programs

Handle employee inquiries related to people policies and procedures and employee handbook.

Assist in the maintenance and improvement of people policies and procedures and employee handbook.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the role:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.

At least 1-3 years of experience in human resources or related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our senior management team.

Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems.

Knowledge of people support policies and procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additionally, we balance the needs of our clients for hosting our consultants on site with the desires of our consultants. Where desired and where possible, we will continue to work remotely with our clients.
