Technical Recruiter

Analytic Vizion is a data and analytic consulting firm that exists to equip and inspire the next generation of data and technology leaders by helping organizations thrive through data and analytics.


We are looking for a Technical Recruiter, ideally with experience in Data and Analytics, who has a knack for finding amazing people who are technical subject matter experts that desire to grow themselves and others to be servant leaders. This person will be responsible for end to end recruiting support, with a primary focus on sourcing and be a key driver in growing our organization’s consultant team over the coming years. Our organization focuses on quality over quantity – for scale, we’ll be looking to hire 25-50 people per year over the next two years.  

A day in a life of a Technical Recruiter

  • Manage the full life-cycle recruitment for job openings across the organization.  

  • Create sourcing strategies to hire top talent, achieve hiring goals, and build a diverse pool of talent. 

  • Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified Data Analytics talent (i.e. - Data Scientist, Data Visualization, Data Strategy, Data Integration, Data Warehousing).

  • Screen talent against position requirements. 

  • Present talent to hiring managers and hiring teams. 

  • Provide a stable and resilient operations environment by ensuring solid focus around risks and controls. 

Requirements for the role: 

  • 3-6 years of experience in staffing and/or corporate recruiting. 

  • Experience in technical recruiting. 

  • Ability to manage several open requisitions across the full data lifecycle. 

  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.

What does "Hybrid" mean at Analytic Vizion? 

  • In order to support our thriving culture, Analytic Vizion gets together once every three or four weeks in person in Atlanta. 

  • For those that are not within driving distance of Atlanta, we invite you to travel for each of our four quarterly celebrations, our annual trip (a weekend in the summer or fall to an awesome destination), and our "Thanks Giving" holiday celebration in November. 

  • Additionally, we balance the needs of our clients for hosting our consultants on site with the desires of our consultants. Where desired and where possible, we will continue to work remotely with our clients.
