- After you’ve settled in, join us in Town Hall.
- Dress Code: Summer Business Casual
* The town hall will be open all weekend for connection, cards, board games, and refreshments.
6:00 PM: Aviator Welcome Happy Hour + Aviator Dinner | Outside at The Ruins
- Happy Hour, followed by buffet style dinner.
- Dress Code: Summer Business Casual
* Our photographer will be joining us to capture the evening. Images will be used both internally and externally.

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Optional Aviator Pickleball | Pickleball Courts
- Pickleball Equipment will be available at the courts. All you need to bring is yourself.
5:00 PM Optional World Cup Watching Party | Biergarten
- Gathering Space to watch the third-place World Cup Game.
- Biergarten serves food and drinks for additional costs.

Expectation is half-day billable on Friday. Pull hours forward if possible.

Any food or drinks outside AV meals are on your own. You will be gifted a $100 Barnsley Resort gift card to use toward anything on property (food & drink, activities, gift shop).

We will have a professional photographer Friday evening and plan to use the photos for marketing and social media content so please dress to look and feel your best. We will NOT be doing headshots during UpLift.
If you are bringing your Significant Other, please pass this information along to them. While they will not be the focus of the photos, they are likely to be included.
Summer Business Casual Explained & Suggestions from the Photographer:
For Men:
Polos or Collared shirts, casual dress pants, jeans or golf shorts. Casual dress shoes, sandals, or professional-looking sneakers. No flip-flops, athletic sneakers, graphic tees, or tank tops.
For Women:
Skirts & dresses or nice shorts or pants with a blouse. Flats, heels, professional-looking sneakers, or sandals are appropriate. Avoid flip-flops or athletic sneakers.
Photography Considerations:
Solid or Jewel tone colors are recommended.
Minimal accessories are recommended.
Avoid clothing with large prints, logos, or text.
Overly revealing styles such as spaghetti straps, strapless, deep V-necks or mini skirts in length are not recommended. -
The dress code for our evening events is Summer Business Casual. During the day, casual wear for the activity of your choice.
